Helen is a qualified music teacher since 1977 with M.S.M. she has her teachers Diploma also.

Before joining M.S.M. she taught the blind pupils at Homai In Manurewa  to play guitar and ukelele before giving birth to her youngest Daughter in 1975 

Past Pupils have gone on to play in bands and entertaining teaching careers.

Her pupils have won competitions with M.S.M around New Zealand.

 

Helen teaches all styles of music.

 

Instruments taught:

Guitar, Banjo, Ukelele, Keyboard, Mandolin and Violin.
